1. What does the N Range™ System include?
The N Range™ Standard System includes: Standard Target Box, one firearm conversion, (Barrel or Bolt Conversion) Shell Catcher Unit, Protective Eyewear, Targets, Target Inserts, Instructional DVD and the designated quantity of Ammunition.
The N Range™ Executive System includes: Custom built Cabinet with built-in firearm safe, one firearm conversion, (Barrel or Bolt Conversion) Shell Catcher Unit, Protective Eyewear, Targets, Target Inserts, Instructional DVD and the designated quantity of Ammunition.
2. Can I purchase the gun conversion and ammunition separately?
If you first purchase a complete N Range™ System, you can then purchase additional conversions and/or ammunition. For safety reasons, we cannot sell just the firearm conversion and ammunition.
3. How safe is shooting this system in my home?
Because of our lightweight projectile and its low velocity the N Range ammunition has an extremely low muzzle energy, 3ft lbs (Less than most BB guns)
The N Range projectile is made of aluminum rather than lead, eliminating the led exposure.
We do not use the standard powder charge in our ammunition, thus eliminating the harmful fumes, and loud noise.

5. Does your conversion work with revolvers?
No, due to current design technology we do not offer a revolver conversion
6. How do I convert my firearm to use the N Range™ System?
With a simple barrel conversion for pistols and a bolt conversion for the AR-15 rifle. A step-by-step instructional DVD and comprehensive instruction manual is provided with your purchase.
7. Will the conversion damage my firearm?
No, if installed correctly the N Range™ conversion will not damage your firearm. Our conversions have been designed to replace your manufacturer's barrel or bolt carrier assembly. With our simple drop in conversion there are no permanent modifications made to your firearm.
8. Will my firearm be subject to any permanent alterations in order to use the N Range™ Conversion?
No, we provide simple drop in conversions. The firearm does not have to undergo any alterations in order to use the N Range™ conversion. (Some firearms may require the replacement of multiple components)
9. Will the N Range™ conversion create extra wear on my firearm?
No. Because the N Range ™conversions have been designed as a direct replacement of the manufacture's firearm components, there is no more wear than with your standard parts and conventional ammunition.
10. Does the N Range™ System use the firearm's standard magazine?
Yes, since our ammunition has the same dimensions as conventional ammunition our System can use the firearm's standard magazine.
11. Do you get last round slide lock-back when using the N Range™ conversion?
Yes, you get last round slide lock-back, because our ammunition provides full function of the firearm it enables identical function giving you lock back after the last round is discharged.
12. What is Live Round Lockout and how does the N Range™ Conversion provide live round lockout?
Live round lockout is a feature that prevents the ability to chamber or discharge conventional ammunition.

13. What is the accuracy of the Target Round? What are the group sizes?
Our 9mm round offers a 2.5” group size from a bench rest at 10 yards. Our .223/ 5.56mm round offers a 5 cm group size from a bench rest at 30 yards.
14. Does the ammunition makeup include Propellant / "Gun Powder"?
There is a small amount of standard priming compound used in each of the two primers contained in our rounds. There is no powder used in our rounds.
15. Is the ammunition safe to dispose of?
Yes, our ammunition is safe to dispose of. The spent N Range™ target round is not considered hazardous waste. Since our products have minimal lead in the primers, they can be disposed of safely in household trash.
16. Is the ammunition re-loadable?
No, the ammunition is not re-loadable because the round is a sealed unit and the components that would require replacement are not accessible for re-loading.
17. Do I have to use the N Range™ targets and Cardboard target inserts?
Yes, because we designed our system around the N range cardboard target insert. We have tested our System with our inserts and we are confident in the performance of these products.
18. Can you ship to my state?
N Range Systems, Inc. CANNOT ship products to individuals in Massachusetts, District of Columbia, and New York City. Additionally, all orders placed from or shipped to Illinois must be completed by a FFL holder.
19. Is the N Range™ System legal to use in my home?
You must check with your local authorities regarding the applicable firearm discharge ordinances in your specific area.
20. Do you provide technical support?

21. What is your warranty or guarantee?
The N Range™ System products are warranted for a one year period from the date of purchase. The N Range™ barrel conversion will be warranted for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase. If any product is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by N Range™ Systems free of charge.
